Just Bliss is new villa situated in peaceful bay of Stivašnica, only 50 meters from the sea and with spectacular view of the Adriatic. This amazing villa with 450 m2 of living space spread out on three levels, consists of 5 bedrooms, terraces with sea view and can accomodate 10 persons.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Maroli Stone offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a cozy living room linked to a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Cozy studio with a stunning sea view with shared terrace. Located by the beach, just 2 km from Trogir, this small but fully equipped studio is a great base for your vacation in central Dalmatia. A beautiful pebble beach is right across the street — just a few steps away. The terrace is shared between two studios, with a designated area in front of each for private use. Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

New modern penthouse with 3 bedrooms : 2 bedrooms are with double beds and third bedroom with single bed. In the living room there is a large sofa that 2 people can sleep on. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. A big wooden table with colorful siting can accommodate 9 people. On hot summer days guests appreciate most about our apartment, modern air condition & love spending time in outdoor areas - balcony and huge backyard with trampoline.

Exclusive 2 bedroom modern suite 2 meters from the beach. Suite is a part of Pearl House situated in small touristic place in the quite Adriatic bay. TV in each bedroom Fully equipped kitchen Air conditioning Bathroom with walk-in shower Swimming pool Wifi and free parking Bouy in the sea owned by the Pearl House in front of the Suite. Mooring can support the vessel up to 7m.For entering and exiting you can shortly dock by the pier in front of the Suite.
