Villa Lord House is situated on the edge of a small village in the heart of Istria. The whole plot is fenced (new 1.6 meter high fence) and private. In the cozy garden, surrounded only by green nature, there is a large swimming pool. Sunbeds and parasols are everywhere. A gazebo, with a large table and a charcoal grill, is placed directly above the pool.

Located on the outskirt of the tiny village Risi in the green part of the Istria close to the place called Sutivanac. Apartment is on the first floor of the family house offering magnificent view to the river Rasa valley.
