Dit 175 jaar oude kleine vakwerkhuis is voorzien van een sfeervolle woonkamer met houtkachel, zithoek, kitchenette met eettafel, een brede 2-persoons bedstede als vide boven het zitgedeelte, complete badkamer met douche, toilet en wasbak en een entree met fornuis. Daarachter ligt tegen de bergwand een royale achtertuin met een schitterend uitzicht over het dorp.

OG (Dachgeschoss) eines drei Parteienhauses mit wenigen Wohneinheiten. Sehr ruhig und entspannend. Nicht überlaufen. Sehr gute Ausstattung (wie zu Hause). Ein Parkplatz steht ihnen direkt vor der Tür zur Verfügung. Gutes schnelles Internet VDSL 50 Mbit kostenfrei.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in Hohegeiß, einem Ortsteil von Braunlage. Hohegeiß liegt zentral im Harz auf 640 Höhenmeter. Es ist ein Erholungsort für ruhesuchende Urlauber. Im Sommer ideal zum wandern und mountainbiken. Im Winter sind Skigebiete im Ort sowie in der Nähe vorhanden. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es z.B. nach Goslar, Wernigerode und Quedlinburg. Der Gästebeitrag in Höhe von 3,00 €/Nacht für Erwachsene wird in Bar vor Ort erhoben.

In der Hexenstube wohnt nicht nur die Hex ;-). Unser Hexenstube liegt in der 11. Etage des Panoramic Hohegeiß (u.a. mit kostenlosen Schwimmbad, Kinderspielplatz, Minigolfanlage) und bietet vom Balkon einen herrlichen Blick in den Harz. Die Hexenstube kann von bis zu 6 Personen (inkl. Schlafcouch) genutzt werden. Im Sommer kann direkt vor dem Haus losgewandert werden und im Winter findet sich direkt vor dem Haus ein schöner Rodelhang.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Das Apartment zeichnet insbesondere eine moderne Ausstattung im gemütlichen Chaletstil sowie den herrlichen Blick auf den Matthias Schmidt Berg aus.
