All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

The studio is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 4 kilometers away from the city centre of Ghent. Check-in Monday - Friday: 18:00h check-out: 12:00h Check-in Saturday - Sunday: 14:00h check-out: 11:00h Day of check-in you can use the option to dropp luggage, parking space and bikes before 18:00h. Option available from 12:00h! We are both working as teachers fulltime during the week. We prepare and clean the rooms after the working hours. That's why our check-in starts in the evening.

De woning is gelegen op 50 meter van het grafmonument van de bekende dichter Emile Verhaeren. Dagelijks zorgen de getijden, de talloze vogelsoorten en de mooie natuur voor diverse taferelen. This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
