Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Imagine yourself on a screened porch, gas fireplace glowing, string lights warm overhead, peering into the woods — our guests' favorite space. Take a leisurely walk under the towering trees in the quiet wooded acre surrounding our cozy, alpine-inspired cabin with contemporary bohemian touches. Sleep upstairs under deep-set skylights, observe wildlife out our large picture windows, or daydream on the hammock. On a clear night, stargaze through the tall trees while toasting marshmallows fireside.

The Upstate Creek House

Built in late 1700, this modern Farmhouse on a creek is peaceful. You will see the original bones of the house through some of the lower ceilings & doorways on the 1st floor which gives this gem uniqueness. Lots of beautiful natural light. 200+ sq.ft screen enclosed porch, wood stove, outdoor fire pit, updated kitchen, 3 bdr & 2 bth, games-a-plenty, books-a plenty, & over 2,200+ sq.ft to enjoy. Positioned 90 minutes away from NYC, the house is central to everything you want to do in Upstate NY.

Modern Catskills Cabin with Hot Tub in Accord

Wake to forest views in a modern A-frame with 2 bedrooms, including a cozy loft. Hike nearby trails, soak in the cedar hot tub, or visit local breweries. In summer, barbecue or gather at the fire pit; in winter, warm up by the wood stove on the 2-acre Catskills property. Note: Guests must be 13 or older, and all teenagers must be listed on the reservation. Pets are welcome with prior approval, agreement to pet rules, and payment of the pet fee. Located in a private setting surrounded by quiet forest, you will feel isolated from the world, yet only a half mile away from Rt. 209. In 10 minutes you can be hiking around Lake Minnewaska or strolling through the quaint town of Stone Ridge. Fine Dining in New Paltz and shopping in Kingston are only 25 minutes away. All that or relax at the house and enjoy the chef's kitchen, vaulted ceilings, hot tub and firepit.

Little Minka - Japanese House in the Woods

Little Minka. A serene Japanese folk house nestled on 10 acres of private woodland and streams. Embracing the Wabi-Sabi, Little Minka is unique, handcrafted using Japanese traditional carpentry joinery methods. Soaring ceilings, shoji, and tatami complete the interior. Outside there's a fire pit, open cooking area. We have a wood fired hot tub available on request from March - November. We have Japanese bathroom products in partnership with sowakanyc that guests can experience.

The main bedroom features a soaring ceiling and spa-like en-suite with walk-in shower, tub, bidet, double sink, and heated floors. The sunny second bedroom also has an en-suite. Enjoy a chef’s kitchen, double-sided fireplace, hot tub, and a new pool available June. Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.

Come enjoy our mountain retreat! This secluded 3000-square-foot craftsman home sits on 5.5 wooded acres set far off of a quiet road in Accord. There are three large bedrooms with queen beds (all brand new top-of-the-line memory foam) and a media room with a door that has a queen pull out couch. Additionally, there are two twin XL rollaway beds (also memory foam) for your use. All in all, the house comfortably sleeps 8.
