Positioned 90 minutes away from NYC, the house is central to everything you want to do in Upstate NY.

Screened In Porch is key for those bbq nights. We are dog friendly only as we are highly allergic to cats. There is a $125 pet fee per dog per stay.

Outside there's a fire pit, open cooking area. We have a wood fired hot tub available on request from March - November.
