Charming 2 Bedroom Modern 1880’s Farmhouse

A renovated 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. It has a completely fenced in yard with lots of room to play and a large back deck to watch it all happen. *We allow 2 small or 1 medium well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. Waterfront- Lake Luzerne, Lake George, Saratoga

Waterfront home with private dock on the Hudson river. Great for outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or just relaxing. Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

Honeymoon Cabin with Jacuzzi Tub

The Bark Eater Inn and Cabins are nestled in the heart of the Adirondack High Peaks. Our location is quiet and serene on a bucolic 200 acre property with breath taking views, gardens, miles of trails, forests, and flowering meadows. All this and we are only minutes to the Lake Placid Olympic Village, Whiteface Ski Mountain and endless outdoor adventures. Stay onsite for a rejuvenating retreat or get out and explore to your hearts content. Oh and we're also a gorgeous wedding venue!

Lovely Cabin on Farm with Sauna, Porch, Mtn Views

This tiny, off-grid cabin is situated on a peaceful, beautiful spot at a small, working livestock farm in the eastern Adirondacks. Your view looks west to Whiteface mountain etc. Enjoy the hum of nature from the porch that overlooks our pastures, and indulge in the small, traditional sauna and hot/cold outdoor shower that accompany your cabin. AuSable Brewery is just across the road, and Lake Champlain is just 1 mile away. Excellent local cycling, paddling, hiking, & boating abound.

JUNIPER HILL cabin

Juniper Hill cabin is a new construction two bedroom/one bathroom home situated in Wilmington, NY. This cabin sits in the heart of the Adirondack mountains and is minutes to outdoor adventure of all kinds! Only five minutes to Whiteface Mountain and less than 15 minutes to downtown Lake Placid, the convenience of the location is key for both outdoor enthusiasts and those looking to just getaway and relax in nature. The Ausable River and Lake Everest are both within walking distance.

The Shepherd's Crook at Blue Pepper Farm

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Akin to glamping!

Blooming Studio

Brought to life again, our studio was build in late 1800's. Labor of love, as we tried to preserve all the original features of this house. 2 bedrooms, can sleep 2 guests comfortably. 1 bathroom, small kitchen, with propane stove, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. In a small, and quiet town of Bloomingdale, NY. 10 min from Saranac Lake NY, 20 min from Lake Placid, NY. Our studio is not a luxury accommodation, but more of a country farmhouse.

Camp Lillian

Sweet just built cabin with lovely mountain views offers great privacy. Elsewhere on our family compound, we offer an optional all-natural Japanese hot tub experience as well as a cedar Sauna experience. Walking trails throughout. Lovely architectural details, beautiful furnishings and wonderful location. In summer, we offer wood fired pizza (most but not all nights). Close to Gore and Garnet Hill for skiing.

Vermont Farm Schoolhouse w/ Hot Tub, Sauna & Views

Escape to our historic schoolhouse on a 250-acre regenerative farm, where Green Mountain views meet modern comfort. Unwind in your private hot tub and barrel sauna after exploring farm trails, then fall asleep to the gentle sounds of sheep grazing in the pastures below. This is Vermont at its most authentic—working farm life with all the luxury.

We created this space as a place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We encourage you to unplug and unwind as you soak in life on the farm here.

The East Lake Cabin at Camp Arden

Enjoy the weather on the large screened-in porch. This English, Adirondack style cabin is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all the Adirondacks' has to offer.
