Our country home is nestled in a peaceful wooded area overlooking Lake Champlain and the VT Green Mtns . The 900 sq ft Loft is private and welcoming, with many thoughtful details for your comfort and total relaxation. Cuddle up with comfy chairs, cozy throws and an abundance of books and magazines. It is so quiet, and the beds so comfortable, that a restful night's sleep is almost a guarantee. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing opportunities abound with water access close-by. Very kid-friendly.

Bolton Landing/Lake George - Beautiful open loft apartment above a garage. Very serene and quiet. Has a seasonal view of Lake George. Fully furnished with a queen bed and a queen sleeper couch. Small deck with barbeque grill. 2 miles to the town of Bolton Landing and public beaches. 15 minutes to Lake George Village and all other activities in the area.

Loft BTV is a bright and open loft apartment with a perfect location on Main Street in downtown Burlington, Vermont. It is 2 blocks from Lake Champlain, the Echo Science Center, and bike path and 3 blocks from Burlington's iconic Church Street Marketplace. We are a mile from the University (UVM) and University Medical Center. The Loft is upstairs from August First Bakery, next to Anjou consignment store and Restaurant Poco. The location offers a great slice of what Burlington has to offer.

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

Newly renovated, totally unique 1000 sq ft urban loft space set in the country/mountains located on the banks of beautiful Sacandaga River in a nationally recognized 9 acre sculpture garden and artist studios. Warning: this urban bohemian experience may bring back memories of Williamsburg Brooklyn or Downtown LA in the 90's. 1800's barn that was original barn to Governor Yates Mansion - which now houses a 2nd floor quiet, quaint 400 sq. ft "open concept" studio. Private outdoor deck, offstreet parking. Loads of character including shiplap siding on walls and ceiling, and old wooden floors. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pot & pans. Full bath with smaller stand up shower. Queen size bed.

Welcome to The June Arthur Farm! This beautiful spot has a long agricultural history. It hasn't been in production for the past 40 years but we're slowly bringing it back to life. It's once again producing good, happy, Hudson Valley food: eggs, fruit, lamb, and beef. We hope you'll come visit us. Note for the skiers out there: We're 20 minutes from Jiminy Peak!
