There are both a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is equipped with its own air conditioning and heating controls. There is high-speed wireless Internet and a desk for working. Perfect alternative to a hotel if you're travelling to the Bay Area for business or coming to visit family. NO PETS PLEASE. No children under 12 years old.

The in-law suite is part of a bigger house but is completely private with a separate entrance. The studio has quality furnishings including a queen bed, dresser, office desk & chair, couch, and flat screen TV. While there is no full kitchen, we have a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge & a microwave in the unit. We have Disney+, Hulu and Netflix for you to enjoy. No pets please.

The cottage is at the back of our large garden with views of our beautiful urban farm with a pond, chickens and goats! Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.
