Formally a secret famous recording studio for pop-rock bands, it was known as “The Hearst”. World famous records by the Killers were made here, “Hot fuss” and “Sawdust”. The first room, (now bedroom) was the control room with recording equipment and the second room (now tub room) was where the musicians played. Welcome pets for a fee if $35/per pet -per night.

There are several parking spots right across the house. Our property is about 10minutes away from St. Mary's College, and is 15-20minutes from Orinda and Lafayette.
