Pieve di Caminino 历史悠久的农场

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Il loft ristrutturato si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e 5 minuti dalla stazione.E' dotato di ingresso indipendente a piano terra. E' possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente. Dispone un letto matrimoniale soppalcato, divano letto matrimoniale(A richiesta culla),biancheria,cucina attrezzata,bagno con doccia e finestra, riscaldamento e climatizzatore autonomi. The Nest is near to the Tyrrenian coast, where you can sunbathe both by beach resorts and freely (a beach umbrella is here at your disposal) from April to October. Marina, Principina, Castiglione and the gorgeous Natural Park of Maremma can be reached within 10/20 minutes by car or by bus. Our cosy little flat is placed in the city medieval centre and you will enjoy walking around for shopping, cocktails and dinners. We are also near to Siena (50’), Pisa (1.30’), Rome and Florence (1.50').

Grazioso appartamento di 60 mq situato nel corso principale del paese. Si trova al secondo ed ultimo piano di un palazzo storico. L'ingresso è situato sul corso principale della cittadina mentre le finestre si affacciano verso l'esterno delle mura offrendo un vista mozzafiato. L'appartamento è composto da: ingresso, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto, cucina, bagno con finestra a tetto. E' dotato di forno a microonde, forno grande, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e wi-fi.
