It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Intimate, silent and practical. Kitchen and bathroom renovated. You will love her as I do. The photos are not fair to reality;(

La villa se ubica en los lindes de la Reserva Natural de s’Albufereta, joya de la naturaleza por su paisaje y valores ornitológicos y botánicos. Consta de 4 habitaciones repartidas en planta baja y primer piso,3 baños, recibidor,sala de estar,cocina,coladuría más terraza-jardín con piscina. Es recomendable disponer de vehículo. La piscina está cerrada,haciendo del jardín una zona segura para los niños. Situada a escasos km de los pueblos de Alcudia y Pollença,como además también de sus playas.

Nuestro apartamento Clavells está ubicado en segunda linea del mar, a escasos 100 metros de la playa, dispone de una grandísima terraza con vistas parciales al mar y a la playa, que hacen único a este apartamento. El apartamento Clavells está totalmente reformado con suelos de parquet, completamente amueblado y equipado para su disfrute y el de su familia, nuestro apartamento está situado en el segundo piso del edificio 'Clavells', no disponemos de ascensor.
