Prachtige casita in L’Alfas del Pi. 'Casita Me Gusta' maakt deel uit van een ruime villa met een heerlijk zwembad, meerdere terrassen en een eigen parking. De casita is sfeervol ingericht en alles is gelijkvloers. Op het privé terras van 60m2(!) met de gehele dag zon kun je heerlijk genieten. Een wandeling door de omheinde tuin en je bereikt het zwembad! Er is een mogelijkheid tot massage aan huis. Perfecte uitvalbasis voor fietsers, wandelaars en motorrijders. Neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet und einer Veranda mit Blick zum direkt davor gelegenen großen Pool (5 x 10m), gibt es auch Smart- und SAT-TV und ausreichend schnelles Internet. - Haustiere sind vor Buchung anzufragen. In den Sommermonaten sind keine Tiere erlaubt! -

La joya principal es su terraza, donde podréis disfrutar de maravillosos momentos, con vistas a las montañas de Aitana y Aixortà, y al fondo el pico de Bernia y el mar, Esperamos que os encante.

La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.
