Designed by architect owner, this 3-bed townhouse is on one of the most sought-after quiet streets in the middle of Altea's historic centre with its own terrace and extraordinary sea views. A ground floor dining and entrance hall leads to a kitchen and outdoor patio, with a large double bedroom served by a luxurious ensuite. The first floor boasts two large double rooms and bathroom, while upstairs a generous living area makes for a calm place to relax and make use of the spectacular terrace.

Nuestro alojamiento es perfecto para una pareja, pero con el sofá cama pueden venir con los niños o incluso dos parejas. Estamos a 100 metros del pueblo, con un ambiente donde se respira paz y tranquilidad. En el jardín de delante tiene algunos arboles, huerta y un laberinto con 700 cipreses. Detrás tiene la terraza donde contemplará las vistas de la montaña del Cavall Verd, donde desayunar será un espectáculo.
