The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Spacious 70m² open-space apartment in a late 19th-century heritage villa, 15m² balcony. Bright, warm and quietly set in a noble neighborhood of Cascais. The apartment features wood floors, high ceilings and contemporary art. It includes a bedroom (15m²), a living area with kitchenette (30m²), and a bathroom (10m²). Laundry, heating, Wi-Fi, hot water, weekly cleaning, and fresh linen & towels. Parking: free in the neighborhood from 10pm to 9am. Paid parking at Marechal Carmona (5-minute walk).

Our home reflects Lisbon’s authentic charm with earthy tones, wood, natural fibers and warm light creating a calm welcoming atmosphere above the city’s lively streets. With our new windows installed the apartment stays peaceful and quiet. Tram 28, metro and Rossio & Cais do Sodré train stations are within a short walking distance.

Located in a calm neighborhood where normal Portuguese live with local habits (and prices), 30 minutes from the center of Lisbon, Belém or Sintra by public transport (even less by car or Uber). Free and easy parking on the street. Without the tourist tax of 4 euros per day per adult charged in the center of Lisbon It is a functional apartment with 78m², fully equipped, close to a small public garden, where with luck you can see green parrots flying in the early morning and late afternoon.

The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

Located in a very quiet non-traffic street, just 250 m from the train station, that come directly from Lisbon and also the bus stops, all in a walking distance. It's a fully equipped nest, with all the kitchen amenities, 2 suites with private bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In the patio you can enjoy a breathtaking view to “Castelo dos Mouros” and enjoy the fantastic sun light.

The apartment is in a residential area of Lisbon and very peaceful location but still within the centre of the city. Next to the Benfica and Sporting football stadiums. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.
