L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una casa dell'antico borgo a due passi dalla piazza principale e dal mare. L'ingresso è in una via pedonale ricca di negozi e ristoranti, è vicina alla fermata degli autobus e ai traghetti per Portovenere, le isole del golfo e le Cinque Terre. E' ideale per vivere la vera vita di mare sia in estate che in inverno. Si può andare in spiaggia, passeggiare sul lungomare o al porticciolo, fare delle escursioni sulle colline senza mai spostare la macchina
