The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

Welcome to The Westwood Story House, a fully renovated 1940s 4br/3ba home, a place where new meets old! Nested in the Historic Westwood, it is walking distance to trendy restaurants, bars, greenways and shopping, and only 3 mi from University of TN & Downtown. Westwood is one of the original “automobile suburbs” in the city featuring lovely homes from the 1920s to 1950s. A canopy of trees surrounds this neighborhood! Step inside, and you will immediately feel that this home has a story to tell.
