Relax after an exciting day at Windrock, (12 minutes to The General Store) or Brushy Mountain (18 minutes) both minutes away from this completely updated custom house. Enjoy some time in the hot tub located behind a privacy fence or sit on the deck and enjoy grilling out with family and friends. There is trailer parking and additional spaces for cars. No direct trail access, does have a UTV route to check in without trailering.

Nested in the Historic Westwood, it is walking distance to trendy restaurants, bars, greenways and shopping, and only 3 mi from University of TN & Downtown. Westwood is one of the original “automobile suburbs” in the city featuring lovely homes from the 1920s to 1950s. A canopy of trees surrounds this neighborhood! Step inside, and you will immediately feel that this home has a story to tell.
