2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Die moderne Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg/Anif. Sie bietet mit 72 m2 genug Platz für 4 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Sonnige, gemütliche Wohnung am Bio-Bergbauernhof

Traumhaftes Bergidyll, herrliche Aussicht auf Hohen Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,... , ganztags Sonne, ein sensationeller Balkon. Nicht umsonst wurde hier die Anfangssequenz von "Sound of music" gedreht...Bad, Küche hochwertig und neu, Ausstattung gemütlich und traditionell. Mit Solar-und Holzscheitheizung, sowie neuer PV-Anlage wohnt ihr absolut klimaneutral. Internet vorhanden , aber langsam. Hühner, Schafe, Katzen, Alm, Kinder willkommen, kleiner Spielplatz, Bullerbü auf den Bergen!

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit alten Parkettböden im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses aus dem Jahr 1938. Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer (Bett 180 cm), Wohnzimmer, Bad und Garderobe. Eine gemütliche Laube steht dir vor deiner Eingangstüre zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet wie ich es selber gerne habe wenn ich Gast bin: In der Garderobe ist Platz für zwei große Koffer, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten Sachen aufzuhängen. Die Atmosphäre ist bunt, individuell und verspielt.

Diese Lage macht das ganze Jahr über Städtebummler, Abenteurer und Sportler glücklich, aber auch alle, die einfach nur mit Bergblick aufwachen und das Panorama bestaunen wollen. We are renting out a Garconniere in a Villa in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and an own bathroom . Althoughit is situated in the basement of the house,it is very sunny . The house is in a quiet and green area ,with garden. The bus nr. 5 is 4 min walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min).Parking on the street is free.Easy you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.Berchtesgaden is nearby.

Ein romantisches Studio in einer kleiner Ortschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe von Salzburg. Nur 25 min. mit dem Bus trennen dich von der Stadt. Der Bus fährt durch die schönsten Teile von Salzburg : Schloß Hellbrunn, Zoo Anif, Untersberg mit der Untersbergbahn. Außerdem ist die Schokoladenfabrik, die Schellenberger Eishöhle, das Waldbad Anif und die Königsseeache nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Lage ist die optimale Kombination für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber.

Unser Gästeapartment liegt im ersten Stock eines Altstadthauses im Herzen von Hallein und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Fußgängerzone. Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafe‘s, Eisdielen und Restaurants mit schönen Gastgärten findest du praktisch vor der Haustüre. Die mittelalterliche Salz-und Keltenstadt Hallein gilt als die „kleine Schwester“ der Kulturstadt Salzburg, welche mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Min bequem erreicht werden kann.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
