Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Our beach cottage in the country is located on a dead end country road and looks out over a beautiful meadow, part of an abutting farm. It is within walking distance from the quaint New England main street of Wakefield where you will find many shops and restaurants. You are also within 10 minutes driving distance to many beautiful beaches, a short drive to Newport and a ferry ride to Block Island. You can have all kinds of seaside adventures while coming home to your quiet country cottage.

Welcome to the A.G. Groff House (my great, great grandfather's home!!). Hear the fog horns, smell the salt air, & walk to EVERYTHING from this classic 1840s cottage in the historic Point section of Newport, just 2 blocks to the Bay. Step back in time as you step through the white picket fence and onto the old fashioned covered front porch. THIS is the very essence of Newport - a small cottage by the sea with a sunny kitchen, 2 large bedrms, & 2 full baths. Parking for 2 cars!

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Half a block from harbor, parade route, short walk to all downtown shops, restaurants and museums. Minutes from Colt State Park, East Bay bike path, and Roger Williams University. Bristol is located between Newport and Providence (each about 25 minutes by car) making both places easy to visit! Parking available.
