Wall of windows, private deck, queen size bed, kitchenette, full bath, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable tv, guest robes, iron and board, kuerig, all necessary utensils. Quite, tranquil, relax. As of 1/1/26 booking rate will be $120 per day. Pool $20 seasonal.

Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

This former farmhouse on Aquidneck Ave comfortably sleeps 6 guests in a homely living style with a large yard, BBQ area and off street parking. Expect traditional features and quirks of an older property in our former home that we loved and enjoyed. A healthy walk to beaches, bars/ eateries, a short drive to Newport and a central location for everything the island has to offer!
