Just 140 meters from the famous kite spot Punta Trettu and a few minutes’ drive from the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, Villa Maestrale offers tranquility and uncompromised modern comforts. Enjoy our rooftop, the sea-view pool, and the large garden in complete privacy. Each room, with an en-suite bathroom, ultra-fast internet, sea view, and independent entrance, ensures privacy and comfort. The spacious kitchen and cozy living room offer a breathtaking view of the sea and unique sunsets.

Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Nel cuore della città vecchia, potrete respirare le atmosfere medioevali del quartiere di Castello. La mia casa è piccola ma accogliente e luminosa, dispone di tutti i confort, ma quello che la rende davvero speciale è il bellissimo panorama. Sono a disposizione biancheria e stoviglie. E' presente il wifi illimitato con fibra ultra veloce. Attenzione il quartiere si trova su una collina, quindi per arrivare la strada è sempre in salita! mare natura arte cultura sport cibo aperitivi

La villa è immersa nel verde, esternamente trovate una stupenda piscina divisa in due zone 45 mq di acqua salata a temperatura naturale sempre aperta. La zona relax 20 mq con idromassaggi è coperta da tapparella elettronica è riscaldata tutto l'anno. ( Dal 1 novembre al 30 aprile ) contattare i proprietari per accordarsi sull’ eventuale costo del riscaldamento),.E possibile affittare anche una SUITE di 45 mq . 4/5 posti ha un costo extra, risulta la camera 4 nella descrizione.

La casa sulle mura è nel cuore del centro storico, in una piazzetta vicina alle vie dello shopping. Ottima posizione. Una volta giunti in stazione, arriverete in 10 minuti a piedi. La casa ha al suo interno le mura della città, costruite nel 1500. The house is located in the heart of the historical center, in a small square close to the shopping streets. 10 minutes walking from the station (connected to the airport). Inside the house there are the walls of the old city.
