There's a covered area between the house and shed perfect for hanging washing and bicycle storage.

Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.
