This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. There is no lift in the building! There is air conditioner unit in the living-room. A very nice and relaxing balcony facing a golf field surrounded with pine trees. There is also a barbecue. No wood for the fireplace and charcoal available in the apartment. Please mention you’d like the sofa bed made. It is higly advised to have a car. There is free parking in front of the building. Public transportation is very poor and difficult.

The garden is a lovely paradise where you will find around 70 different species and variety of plants and flowers. Supermarket / pharmacy/ backery and good restaurants are no more than 1 km distance. Free parking guaranteed in the street in front of the house.
