Dank der kleinen Küche & dem kleinen Esstisch bietet sich der Ort auch wunderbar für Home-Office und eine Auszeit in den Bergen an. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich das Restaurant aifach mit der schönen Sonnenterrasse - ideal für ein tolles Abendessen oder einfach ein Kaffee oder Apéro in der heu.lounge. Die Arosa-Card ist inklusive.

Meer Mit dem Zug über Chur (1h) sehr gut erreichbar (5min zu Fuß von Bahnhof). Ca. 3min zu Fuss zum Obersee und zum Untersee (Badesee mit schöner Holzbadi). Alles elektronisch auch die Toilette. Parkplatz im Haus evtl. auf Anfrage vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz und ein Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Bitte hinterlasst unser Gmuetli wie ihr es vorgefunden habt und schreibt in unser Gästebuch.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Modern and comfortable 2 room apartment located on the 6th floor of the house «Alexandra». The residential building is well situated at the entrance of Arosa with bus stops and a supermarket just around the corner as well as a delicious pizzeria in the same building. The lake, train station as well as the cable car station are reachable within walking distance. Please note that this apartment is not suitable for small children.
