It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, foothill trailheads, Ball Arena, and Boulder. The suite is a close walk from Olde town Arvada and the light rail stop for easy transportation from the airport and throughout the city of Denver.

We are 3 miles from Olde Town, 13 miles from downtown, 2 miles from the new light rail station, 13 miles from Red Rocks, 11 miles to Mile High, 22 miles from Boulder and 6 miles to great hiking at Golden. About 70 miles to skiing.

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.
