The residence offers guests the opportunity to spend their holidays close to nature and far from the crowds overlooking Lake Como, one of the most beautiful and most famous lakes in the world.

Neu renovierte 1.5 Zimmer Wohnung mit direktem Seeblick. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig, ein Lift sowie Waschmaschine & Tumbler stehen bereit. Ein gedeckter Parkplatz ist inkl. und die Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge ist direkt vor dem Haus. Auf dem Balkon gibt es einen grossen Gasgrill sowie einen Tisch mit Stühle und einen Hängesessel zum entspannen. Zu Fuss ist es ca. 10min zur Piazza Grande. Zu der Wohnung gehören auch separate Liegestühle für den Pool. Nur Gäste über 27 Jahre erlaubt

Die Residenz eignet sich für 4 Personen. Leider ist sie nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet. Hunde erlaubt (sie dürfen nicht aufs Bett & Sofa, auch nicht alleine in der Wohnung gelassen werden )
