The Aspen Mountain Residences is just steps away from the Ajax Mountain Gondola as well as the shops and restaurants in the picturesque town of Aspen. Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping, wifi, Bike/Ski Valet, use of common area Pool, Hot Tubs and Fitness Center, as made available by the resort. Grand Timber Lodge is one of Colorado's finest ski-in, ski-out resorts with heated underground parking. Grand Timber Lodge is next to the Snowflake Chairlift and just a short stroll from downtown Breckenridge. You'll find two indoor/outdoor pools, several indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a new virtual game room, a new restaurant, grocery on site, exercise room, and spa services. * Note - to "ski-out" you do need to walk across the street and ski down to the chairlift.

Best Location in Aspen

Overlooking Wagner Park and just a few feet from the Aspen Food & Wine Classic. Right in the center of town, with direct views of the mountain. Sleeping a maximum of 6 (but better for 4), the unit has a wood burning fire, kitchenette, WiFi and ski storage. On-site parking is on a first come basis, and parking permits can be purchased through the property’s office. Please note - there is no longer a hot tub.

We have our studio suite available at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 in Breckenridge for select dates during February and November 2025. It’s a Ski-in/Ski-out Studio Suite, approximately 400 square feet, with King Bed in Master Bedroom and Queen Sofa Bed in the Living Area, 1 Bathroom, a kitchenette and access to a shared laundry facility.
