Unser Wohnhaus liegt auf 1300 Meereshöhe auf dem Ritten, einem der schönsten Hochplateaus Europas. Es bietet Platz für vier Ferienwohnungen und verfügt über einen überdachten Autoabstellplatz. Alle Wohnungen haben einen einmaligen Panoramablick auf den Hausberg Südtirols, den Schlern. Das Art Apartment "K.Kamaun" bietet Platz für 4 Personen und besteht aus einem Wohn-und Schlafbereich, einem getrennten Schlafbereich mit Stockbett, einem Bad mit Dusche und WC und einer Wohnküche + 2 Balkone.

Spacious design loft in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Design Loft "Chez Mone & Harry"

The chez mone & harry loft is nestled amidst orchards and vineyards at the edge of the historic village centre of Algund, near Merano, 5 min by car. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.

Our aparment is located in St. Georgen/San Giorgio, 2 km from Bruneck/Brunico. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (accessible via stairs), is very quiet, with a beautiful view. Within 300m you will find a pharmacy, a supermarket, a butcher shop, a bakery, cafes, pizzaservice, tennis courts and an ice skating rink in the winter. There is a car parking in front of the house. Other free parking is available nearby.
