Spacious design loft in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Stilished benches can be set up as a double sofa bed. The location it's exellent: very central and at the same time in a quiet an exclusive area in front of the Talvera Park; 15 min walk from Bolzano Station. Self check-in.

L'alloggio è immerso nella natura con splendida vista panoramica e possibilità di attività per la famiglia. Immerso nella quiete di un antico borgo circondato unicamente dalla natura. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini. In posizione centrale rispetto alle più belle vette e alle località più importanti del comprensorio delle Dolomiti. Nella stagione invernale la strada è sempre pulita ma consigliamo sempre gomme da neve, catene o trazione 4x4.

Design Loft "Chez Mone & Harry"

The chez mone & harry loft is nestled amidst orchards and vineyards at the edge of the historic village centre of Algund, near Merano, 5 min by car. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.

Our aparment is located in St. Georgen/San Giorgio, 2 km from Bruneck/Brunico. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (accessible via stairs), is very quiet, with a beautiful view. Within 300m you will find a pharmacy, a supermarket, a butcher shop, a bakery, cafes, pizzaservice, tennis courts and an ice skating rink in the winter. There is a car parking in front of the house. Other free parking is available nearby.

Große Fenster holen Licht und Landschaft ins Innere. Natürliche Materialien und klare Linien schaffen eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und entspannte Tage im Meraner Land.

La Penthouse si estende su tutto il piano tetto del Residence Ardua ( Ardua = ripido dal latino, in questo caso il terreno ripido in cui è stato realizzato l’edificio ). L’edificio è stato realizzato secondo gli ultimi standard di casa clima NATURE A e dispone di areazione artificiale con recupero di calore, speciale impiego di materiali acustici e riscaldamento con impianto solare.
