Vermiete die größere Hälfte der Villa voll ausgestattet, ca. 300 qm mit Terrasse, Garten, Garage, Weinkeller etc. Die kleinere Wohnung ca. 70 qm in der Villa ist schon vermietet. Die Lage ist traumhaft, ruhig, ca. 20 Gehminuten oder 4 Fahrminuten vom Dorf Oberbozen entfernt. Die dortige Seilbahn bringt Sie direkt in kürzester Zeit nach Bozen. Das letzte Fahrstück zur Villa ist im Winter vom möglichen Schnee zu befreien (Räumungsdienst). Die Villa ist ideal für eine Auszeit auch für 2 Familien.

Il palazzo del Barone risale al XV secolo, ed è una vera dimora storica, mantenuta con le caratteristiche dell'arredo e dello stile di fine '800, ma con i confort contemporanei. Sembrerà di vivere in una favola, come veri castellani! Perfetta per la vacanza tranquilla e rilassante nella natura con amici o con la famiglia adulta. A due passi dal Parco dell'Adamello Brenta, dal lago di Tovel, da castel Valer, dal golf club Dolomiti e da tante splendide passeggiate tra prati e castelli della zona.

Villa Cavazzal is a modern villa in Cavalese, in a quiet and panoramic area, about 1 km from the ski lifts and 1.5 km from the town center. With 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with dining area, a panoramic sun terrace and private garage, it is a comfortable and well-kept base for enjoying Val di Fiemme in a peaceful setting. Linen note: bed linen and towels are not included. You can bring your own or rent them for €20 per person per stay. Italian-style sheets, no duvet cover.

Die alte Stube, historische Betten und Leuchten, 2 Holzöfen, eine alte Veranda mit Essplatz, Parkettböden und ein großer Garten mit alten Obstbäumen machen einen Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Lehmverputzte Innenwände, Fußboden- und Wandheizung sowie überdachte PKW-Stellplätze bieten dazu den entsprechenden Komfort.
