Apartment Moar Mühle, holiday flat with sauna

The holiday flat is located in the green, near the Mount Sciliar, close to the lake Fiè. The flat is very spacious and has a private garden and an infrared cabin as a sauna. In summer it always stays cool even when it is very hot. Behind it lies the Völser Bach stream in front of a spruce forest, which is part of the Schlern Rosengarten Nature Park. The apartment is starting point for fantastic hikes in the Dolomites. The proximity to the Alpe di Siusi makes it ideal for skiing and snowboarding.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Garten, hochwertige Küche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Es handelt sich um ein Klimahaus A. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kostenloser Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Kneipp-Anlage mit kostenlosen Fitnessgeräten. An unserem Bauernhof der kleine Punihof in Mals sind alllle HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN! Wir sprechen zwar nur deutsch etwas italienisch und schweizerdeutsch, bemühen uns aber sehr auch mit anderssprachigen Gästen zu kommunizieren! Wir betreiben Natur-artgerechte Aufzucht von Mastvieh und Schweinen. Unser Zuhause liegt auf ca.1100m ,etwas abseits umgeben von Wiesen, Wald, Bach, Bergen, beinahe wie auf einer Alm !! :) Entspannung, Ruhe, Tiere und die hier noch fast unberührte Natur ! :)

Chalet Ortles Apt ll

The Chalet Ortles flat is located in San Valentino on the Haide (San Valentino alla Muta) and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The modern and elegant accommodation consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for two people and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person and 1 bathroom, thus offering space for 5 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, a satellite and cable TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

Casa Rocca

Wir bieten unser Haus in Alleghe an. Es liegt direkt im Zentrum am alten Dorfplatz. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Metzgerei, Sportgeschäfte sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Liftstation und den See erreicht man zu Fuß in 2 bis 3 Minuten. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Zudem gibt es einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Biken im Sommer und zum Skifahren im Winter. Kurze Wege zu allen Aktivitäten.

Rieglhof Apartment Geiernest

In Graun im Vinschgau/Curon Venosta, the holiday accommodation 'Rieglhof Apartment - Geiernest' offers an excellent view of the mountain. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, with the possibility to add a bunk bed in each bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Mansarda con vista lago

L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano ed è una splendida mansarda, fino 5 persone. E' composto di una ampia camera matrimoniale con terzo letto, 2 bagni, zona giorno con cucina, tavolo da pranzo e divano letto per 2 persone, 2 piccoli balconi, uno con vista sul lago ed uno sul Monte Civetta. L’appartamento è dotato di lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, forno microonde, internet wifi, tv a schermo piatto, bollitore.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

In der Mühle

Unser kleines romantisches Mühlenzimmer liegt inmitten von Gärten, Apfelwiesen und Weingärten. Die Mühle befindet sich auf unserem Hof, direkt neben einem kleinen Bach - Erholung mitten im Grünen. Wenn die Nächte ab Oktober wieder kühler werden kann man sich auch in unserer gemütlichen Bauernstube am Kachelofen aufwärmen bevor man sich in der Mühle unter der kuscheligen Decke verkriecht.
