The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The thickness of the ancient walls offers a pleasant natural freshness that does not make the air conditioner necessary.

Non troverete i confort di una stanza d’albergo, ma l’esperienza unica di passare un week end ritrovando le antiche usanze della cultura contadina. Illuminazione con candele, riscaldamento cucina e acqua calda con stufa a legna, acqua del pozzo con antica pompa manuale. Non troverete una wifi ma un connessione tra voi stessi e la natura. 2 adulti e 1 bambino

Casina Giulia - nel centro storico con vista

Graziosa casina storica recentemente ristrutturata con una splendida vista sulle montagne della Valle Roveto. Sviluppata su tre livelli, dispone di una camera con letto matrimoniale, cucina, due bagni e salone all'ingresso (con divano letto). A pochi metri si trovano parcheggi gratuiti, solitamente liberi. Supermercato, farmacia, bar e ristoranti raggiungibili facilmente a piedi e situati nel raggio di 700 m. A 30 m l'importante sito storico dell'Emissario Claudio Torlonia.

Zona rilassante , percorsi trekking, passeggiate tra le pinete del monte Salviano. Ideale per week-end e viaggi di lavoro. L'indirizzo preciso è via Napoli 141,Avezzano (Strada regionale 82) direzione Santuario Madonna di Pietraquaria, Riserva Monte Salviano.
