We are close to the airport and hospital in the southern agricultural area of town. Beautiful views, simple living and comfort in this adorable custom apartment will have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! There are pets on the property and neighboring ranches galore. The apartment is very private, with ample parking; trailers welcome.

Owls Nest is a private loft studio that looks out at the stunning views of La Plata Mountains and the sweeping farm land of Florida Mesa. It is 15 minutes drive from Downtown Durango. Explore the Four Corners region from this Southwest decorated casita on top of a mesa. From here you are within driving distance of all the great Four Corners destinations and outdoor activities. If your activities require parking a trailer, there is plenty of room on our 3/4 acre lot. You'll find three comfortable bedrooms that will sleep six people. There is also a sofa bed that can accommodate one more if needed.

The house is located near the college, the mall, and many places to eat. As far as geography, it is centrally located between Ship Rock, the San Juan River, Navajo Dam, Chaco Canyon, and Durango CO. There is much to explore just by doing day trips. The San Juan River boasts of the best fly fishing, and Navajo Dam is one of the biggest lakes in NM stretching into Colorado.
