Im Sommer können Sie sich im Schwimmteich abkühlen. Besondern geeignet ist das Ferienhaus für größere Gruppen oder Familien. Für tierfreundliche Menschen ist das Ferienhaus der ideale Ort, um Ihren Urlaub mit den Haustieren zu verbringen. Das große Grundstück teilen Sie sich gemeinsam mit heimischen Pflanzen, Vögeln, Rehen, Hasen und Eidechsen.

Das Haus bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer sowie einen Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Essplatz und Wohnzimmer. Highlight ist der beheizte Salzwasserpool(32 °C). Sowie ein exklusiver Whirlpool. Eine Sauna kann gegen Aufpreis genutzt werden. Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Haustür – ideal für Natur- und Aktivurlaub.

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Willkommen im Tiny House – Gallowayblick, eurem Rückzugsort mitten in der Natur! Dieses außergewöhnliche Tiny House bietet euch die ideale Umgebung, um die Natur in ihrer vollen Pracht zu erleben. Sanft am Hang gelegen, eröffnet sich euch ein atemberaubender Blick über üppige Weiden und dichte Wälder. An klaren Tagen könnt ihr sogar die majestätischen Berge bewundern. Auf der Terrasse kannst du in unserem holzbefeuerten Hot Pot die Seele baumeln lassen.

Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch ruhig in einem Tal mit viel Wald in Saldenburg im Bayerischen Wald, nur 25 km entfernt von Passau. Die Ferienwohnung ist 70qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Sie umfasst ein SZ mit 3 Schlafplätzen, ein WZ mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, ein Bad, 2 Balkone und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Für unsere Kleinen bieten wir einen Streichelzoo, Ponyreiten und einen Spielplatz. Gäste mit Hunden sind willkommen.

The Apartmenthaus Rottalblick is located directly next to the Bad Griesbach wellness spa. This can be easily reached from the apartment via a bathrobe access. There are also several golf courses and the largest golf resort in Europe in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is characterized by its bright, quiet style which is underlined with small amenities such as the new coffee machine and a cozy couch. Come and see for yourself! :)
