La villetta è formata da: 1) camera da letto matrimoniale 2) cucina (attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici) 3) bagno con doccia calda 4) camino 5) aria condizionata 6) parcheggio gratuito/privato 7) piscina condivisa e videosorvegliata

La villa si trova sulla collina sopra la spiaggia dell'Ariana a circa 300 metri dal mare, a 3 km dal centro abitato di Gaeta e a 18 km da quello di Sperlonga. L'appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e posto auto riservato, ha una ampia e panoramica area esterna con piccola piscina ad uso esclusivo.

It can accommodate 6-8 pp. The owner lives in the same villa on the upper floor.
