Brand New Beach House, Upper Unit, Perfect Location

Embrace the laid-back style of this coastal home. The residence features an urban chic interior aesthetic, wood finishes, blue hues echoing a beach theme, an open-plan living area, a BBQ terrace, and large, spacious master suite and patio. With it’s 20 foot vaulted ceilings throughout the entire unit, it provides a wonderful, open family vacation experience. Due to Covid-19, we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize the unit. If anyone in your family has been sick, has a cough or any symptoms, please notify me immediately. Welcome to your beach home! Just 4 blocks from the beach, this freshly remodeled condo is your perfect base for an amazing beach getaway. A large 2 bed/2 bath apartment, great for families. No parties or extra guests and no loud noise after 10 pm. Portable AC units in each room, and central heat. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for the beach. A high chair & pack-and-play crib too. Close to downtown, restaurants and the Convention Center just 1.4 miles away. Disney 15miles.

Beach Bungalow

Located just one home from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, queen size bed. TV in living room and master bedroom, pull out couch, patio furniture and a bbq. One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
