Nuestra casa de lujo de 400 m2, diseñada por el arquitecto Pedro Otzoup, se sitúa en parcela de 4500 m2 en la Sierra de Tramontana, Patrimonio de la Humanidad y junto a Palma y los pueblos de Esporlas, Valldemosa y Deia. La casa es amplia, tranquila y acogedora, con 6 dormitorios (con AC), 3 baños, piscina, casa barbacoa, campo de baloncesto-minitenis y chimenea para su uso exclusivo. A beautiful country house made of stone in a fantastic location in the middle of nature, only 20 minutes from Palma. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

YOUR PRIVATE PARADISE IN IBIZA We are happy to have you stay in our home and even to help you. Please use our home as a place to sleep, shower and eat or relax in between your daytime and evening events. You can stay up to 6 people. The house is divided in three parts and they are very independents connected only from the garden. In the main house there is a a spacious living room, one bed room (king size bed) .The other parts has one room each (queen size bed) and bathrooms.

Lugar paradisíaco, muy tranquilo, aunque muy bien comunicado, a 20' de las playas más bonitas de la isla, y a 25´del aeropuerto. Sin contaminación lumínica, ideal para observar las estrellas en una noche clara. Rodeado de árboles y bosques, se escuchan infinidad de pájaros y otros animales. Se pueden dar románticos paseos alrededor de la finca, así como hacer deporte con inmejorables vistas.
