ETV/5081 Villa con piscina y vistas panorámicas en el Puerto de Sóller La casa se distribuye en una única planta y consta de:  4 dormitorios dobles (2 con cama de matrimonio y 2 con camas individuales), 2 baños, un amplio espacio de vida donde combinan la sala de estar, la cocina y el comedor, abriéndose a la gran terraza con barbacoa, donde disfrutar de unas agradables veladas. La villa tiene una amplia piscina privada de 50m² con jacuzzi, un solarium de 40m² y un jardín perfectamente cuidado.

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
