In the first room there is a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table. For cooking an induction plate, a small oven, microwave and Nespresso. A hairdryer is available in the bathroom with shower. Air-conditioned double room with view of the island of Es Vedrà and access to the terrace to enjoy coffee in the morning and an aperitif at the beautiful sunset

The closest beach is 7 min. walking distance, 3 minutes to STP SHIPYARD & Club Náutico de Palma sport-harbour and it's lounge. Santa Catalina market is 5 min walking distance as the Cathedral, museums and art galeries.
