Herzlich willkommen in der kleinen Oase mitten in Sargans. Das renovierte Studio befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus in einem ruhigen Quartier im Zentrum von Sargans. Die schmucke Unterkunft bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Eine bequeme Sitzecke, Ess- u. Arbeitstisch, Kaffeemaschine Delizio, grosses Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und eigener Sitzplatz im idyllischen Garten sorgen für Freiraum und Erholung. Sehr zentral gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.

My accommodation is close to public transport (3min to the bus) and ski/hiking area. The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac at around 900 meters above sea level. You will love my accommodation for the tranquility and the environment. In the village center (5min walk) there is also the Walsermuseum and post office, bakery, butcher, ATM, restaurants and a discounter. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and furry friends (smaller pets)

Neue, moderne Gästewohnung im angebauten Hausteil. Die Studiowohnung verfügt über drei Räume, die durch 4 oder 7 Treppenstufen verbunden sind. Der mittlere Raum mit Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer und Küche ist sehr hell mit Sicht auf das Schloss Sargans. Der obere Sitzplatz bietet tolle Rundsicht auf Schloss und Gonzen. Die Gästewohnung ist ideal für 2-4 Personen. Grosses Doppelbett, Kajütenbett im oberen Raum, Bettsofa oder Klappbett. Auf Wunsch Benutzung von Whirlpool, Sauna und Waschmaschine.

Das Liechtensteiner Berg und Skigebiet erreichen Sie in 10 Fahrminuten wo Sie Wandern, Skifahren und Langlaufen können, oder Sie genießen einen Städte oder Einkaufsbummel. Die Wohnung ist ein "idyllisches" Zuhause mit einer Sauna im Haus, wo Sie sich in Ruhe entspannen können.

The flat is on the hillside of the liechtensteinensian Alps with a beautiful view over the Rheintal-valley. With modern style you will enjoy a comfortable stay in our little Principality. The bus-stop is a minute away from the flat. The center of the capital of our country "Vaduz" is 5 minutes by bus, the mountains for hiking or skiing 15 minutes. The flat is a duplex-apartment with two floors. To the apartment belong 2 parking-spots for free directly next to it.

Die Einzimmerwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses in ruhiger Gegend, mit Parkplatz (+Garage für Fahrräder), kleiner Terrasse und separatem Eingang. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa (140x200), einem Einzelbett auf erhöhtem Podest (nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder), eigenem Badezimmer und kleiner Küche (siehe Bilder). Das Haus befindet sich 5-7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, BZBS, OST und Stadtzentrum entfernt.

The accommodation includes a double room with king size bed and a smaller room with two single beds suitable for two kids or adults. Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Sie ist neuhaft, top ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und einem grossen Balkon. Gut gelegen zum Skifahren, einige Skigebiete in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Boxspringbett 180/200cm für 2 Personen, für weitere 2 Personen hat es im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa somit wäre es auch mit 4 Personen möglich die Loft zu buchen.

Directly next to the yurt are our llamas, alpacas and rabbits. Our farm shop offers the guests products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which can be  prepared by themselves.  All cooking utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery are ready and can be used.
