The tiny house and meadow are very private on the edge of the property, and just for you. Our family's gazebo, fire pit, hammock, trail & garden are shared with guests.

You can enjoy water access to Abrams Pond for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Two kayaks are provided per cabin for your enjoyment. Sit in the screened in porch and listen to nature or head into Acadia National Park to explore. Bike along the private road. Relax with your family for a quick getaway or week long adventure.

Welcome to Seabrook, an adorable, restored barn in the heart of the village of Southwest Harbor. This downstairs unit has one large bedroom, a comfortable living /dining area, modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and a washer/dryer. Glass doors open onto a small deck and there is an easy path to the harbor for beachcombing and a swim spot for the pup. The upstairs unit Seaview is available to rent as well. The “Quietside” is the perfect home base for exploring Acadia National Park and MDI.

The house is located on the quiet side of the island, 1/2 mile off of Rt. 198. As you depart 198 a gravel road takes you through dense forest, leaving behind the street noise and summer rush. When you arrive you are surrounded by woods with not another house in sight. If you are looking to be in town, this is not it. We are driving distance to the hotspots.

Large high-ceiling studio with private parking and entrance with beautiful sheltered second-story deck. We are on the Blackwoods/Bar Harbor bus route so you can catch the free Island Explorer LL Bean buses to Bar Harbor and back.
