Sea Song Cottage is newly renovated for 2025 with a marine theme in each room. It has a large spacious kitchen with island bar, brand new stainless steel appliances, a queen bedroom downstairs, a king bedroom upstairs, and third bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and a twin over full bunkbed. There is a large enclosed back porch, and brand new exterior deck. There is also a private brick fireplace out back. Lots of privacy and space. This house is spacious and great for groups to enjoy Acadia.

This new modern home is anything but ordinary. With four 11 foot windows lining the front of the home it allows for the space to feel light and airy. The bright interior is a perfect contrast to the exterior. Located in a quite neighborhood close to Newbury Neck Beach. This home offers parking, WIFI, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor lounge area. Just a short drive will put you in the heart of Blue Hill where you’ll find great restaurants and cafes. Acadia National Park is just 30 miles away.

Tiny House at Wooded Bliss Homestead

On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin daybed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Full kitchen & tiny bathroom with shower too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. The tiny house and meadow are very private on the edge of the property, and just for you. Our family's gazebo, fire pit, hammock, trail & garden are shared with guests.

Between Bar Harbor and Seal Harbor, 10 minutes by car to both and just 5 minutes by car to the Otter Cliff entrance to Acadia Park Loop Road. Walk to the Causeway via the Grover Path in 15 minutes. 5-minute walk to the Cadillac South Ridge Trail. Large high-ceiling studio with private parking and entrance with beautiful sheltered second-story deck. We are on the Blackwoods/Bar Harbor bus route so you can catch the free Island Explorer LL Bean buses to Bar Harbor and back.

Private, second-floor suite in a quiet, wooded neighborhood at the heart of Mount Desert Island. Spacious bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed, reading nook, ensuite bath, and views of gardens and pine forest. A short drive (15-20 minutes) to Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor, but surrounded by nature and away from the crowds. Please note: this space does not have a kitchen or living room, but a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes are provided.
