Nelle vicinanze inoltre sono presenti tutti i servizi tra cui market, caratteristico mercato della frutta e del pesce, forni, negozi tipici, ristoranti, pizzerie e turist point.

La Romantica si trova nella zona più antica del castello e vi accoglierà in un ambiente luminoso, caldo e raffinato. Casa Tina度假屋（ Sasso Caveoso ）

The house, part of a late seventeenth-century building, is located near Via Casalnuovo, in the upper part of the Sasso Caveoso. It is located in a privileged position, in the silence of the Sassi but 300 meters from the pedestrian area where walking in the historic city center in a few minutes on foot you can reach the most interesting places of the town. It is possible to park the car on the street, a few minutes walk from the house or in a guarded parking at a cost of about 10 euros per day.

Il mio alloggio è vicino al Parco Marino della Masseta con splendide viste panoramiche; a 8 minuti d'auto da Scario centro,15 minuti da Sapri la Città della Spigolatrice e punto di partenza del Cammino si San Nilo, 20 min.dalle grotte di Morigerati e dalla Cascata dei Capelli di Venere. E' situato in campagna, in un luogo panoramico e tranquillo, fuori dal centro abitato, con parcheggio privato e ampio giardino. L’appartamento è adatto a coppie, famiglie anche con bambini e gruppi di amici

La mia casa è una tipica abitazione dei Sassi di Matera, in parte scavata nella roccia ed in parte costruita in tufo. Gli spazi sono stati arredati con un accenno di richiamo alla storia dei popoli che hanno vissuto per secoli in queste grotte, senza togliere nulla al confort che la modernità ci ha donato. A vostra disposizione avete un ambiente caldo e pieno di atmosfera dove potete sentirvi a casa, come nella casda dell'infanzia dove profumi e colori vi riporteranno indietro nel tempo.

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.
