Well stocked kitchenette with hot plate, microwave, Keurig, mini-fridge + basic essentials + snacks. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor sun-house. Private, peaceful, beautiful .

It is suitable for a single person looking for tranquility, or a couple looking for a getaway. It is not suitable for children. Available long/short term.

Your about 10 mins from Bonavista and 20 to Trinity! Its a water front property that offers such a beautiful view of our Catalina Harbour! Fully fenced in back yard with fire pit and BBQ ! If you love to kayak, just launch it in the back yard! Perfect for sea-doos also! Sorry but I don’t allow Pets!
