We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

Come this weekend to our cozy 1802 farmhouse on 100+ acres. Relax! Hiking, dirt roads, hay fields, and fire pit. Working farm - Cows, pigs, chickens (eggs!) Dogs welcome. Our A-Frame home is just minutes from Gunstock Mountain Resort and the Gilford town beach at Lake Winnipesaukee. Three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 guests, with 2 queens, and 1 full, and 1.5 bathrooms. Outdoor area includes a hot tub, fire pit, brand new large deck with dining table/seating, and a gas grill. 1 mile from Bank NH Pavillion and 5 miles from Weirs Beach/ bike week.

Charming Village Suite

This property is within a 4 minute walk from restaurants, Church Landing, parks, hotels & the town docks. It features private parking, a bocce court, decks, and a very central location. The suite has a large bedroom with queen mattress, private bath, and a large sitting room with YouTube TV, Netflix, and Apple TV. We provide towels, toiletries, and free wifi.

Waterfront on Opechee

We have a private and cozy spacious one bedroom walk out garden style apartment on Lake Opechee. This backyard walk out has a fireplace, private covered patio area as well as use of the grill, fire pit, canoe and kayaks. Off street parking is available. We consider ourselves inclusive, supporting every type of visitor.
