Cozy home near the lake is a peaceful place to relax or adventure in the lakes region.The house is located right next to the Glendale Yacht Club and 0.3 miles or a 6 min walk (based on Google) to the Breeze Restaurant and water access at the Glendale Public Docks (no swim area). The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

Walking distance to bars, restaurants and Funspot! The Experience hits you the second you open your own private door. More space is available to accommodate up to 4 guests occupying the entire 2nd floor which would add a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with a pull out sofa. There is a $15.00 charge per night for each extra guest.

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

Outdoor area includes a hot tub, fire pit, brand new large deck with dining table/seating, and a gas grill. 1 mile from Bank NH Pavillion and 5 miles from Weirs Beach.
