The Ivy House - A Dash of Paradise

Host will give you the door code on the day of your arrival. Entire house w/ a park-like backyard. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining, sun room, & full size washer/dryer. Home is close to Rio Rancho, Presbyterian Medical Center, Sandoval Regional Medical Center, Intel, HP, and Rio Rancho Event Center. Pets are welcome for a fee ($50 per pet) * Pets must be with the owner while outside *Pets not allowed on the furniture or beds * Pet waste must be picked up

Our cozy house is located in a very centralized area of Albuquerque which has a variety of possibilities, like coffee shops, pubs, malls, restaurants, hospitals, wellness centers, and beautiful parks. Guest access Entire house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bed, a full bed, and another full bed. Office spaces in two of the rooms. High speed wifi with Netflix, Hulu, prime video, and a ps5. With an oasis of a backyard.
