Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Mas Carbó una masia del s.XVI equipada amb totes les comoditats del s.XXI. Gaudeix de la tranquil·litat del camp a l'Alt Empordà a 20 minuts de St Martí d'Empúries i a 10 minuts de Figueres. Disposem d'un espai exterior on fer barbacoes, piscina, taula de ping-pong, billar, xemeneia interior, diverses zones per menjar i relaxar-se, una cuina equipada amb tot el necessari i un pati interior on resguardar-se de la Tramuntana. Tot preparat per passar una bona estada sense haver de sortir de casa.

Planeses is a centuries-old farmhouse of La Garrotxa, near Besalú, surrounded by pastures and nature, where animals graze and breed ecologically. The accommodation is located on the ground floor. Garden for guests. Farm products. Very good situation to visit the area (La Garrotxa Natural Volcanic Park, Olot, Banyoles, Figueres). Ell lloc és molt tranquil i el loft acaba de res reformat mantenint l'essència rústica y práctica al mateix temps. Disposa de planta baixa amb sortida directe al pati amb cuina, bany i sala d'estar i primer pis obert amb llit de matrimoni. El pati és ideal per poder pendre un esmorzar o un sopar a la fresca. La piscina és compartida amb amb nosaltres. NO ES PERMET BARBACOA

we are in the "Alta Garrotxa" , an area of outstanding natural beauty. Situated in the North east of "Catalunya". Perfect for hiker's and cyclists. For visiting medieval villages and towns, the volcanic area of the Garrotxa , Girona city, the Mediterranean sea, great local food. Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .

Aquest edifici forma part d'una antiga masia catalana datada a principis del segle XV. Ha estat reformada en diverses fases, la darrera al 2018. Aprofitant el perímetre de la vivenda principal, la rehabilitació ha donat com a resultat un apartament adossat a una piscina i una casa de dues plantes annexa. El conjunt de vivenda més jardí, més el bosc que la envolta es podria definir com una combinació d'arquitectura civil medieval, actualitzada amb materials moderns i detalls de disseny.

Bonita cabaña de madera en la montaña al pie de Sant Julia ,en una ladera preciosa con mucha vegetación y vistas a los pirineos, desde el cual se ve Coma negra Canigu y una amplia panorámica de la parte norte de la GARROTXA. cerca de Sant Jaume de Llierca, se accede por una pista de 6 km, altitud 500m ,es una zona estupenda para todo tipo de excursiones ,hay un rio cerquita con pozas cristalinas y en una hora puedes tomar el sol en la playa ,costa brava.
