La camera da letto è comoda e molto luminosa grazie alla finestra e al Velux che si apre nel soffitto spiovente con travi a vista. Il bagno, composto da doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet, è interno alla camera. C'è una piccola cucina. Ci sono i condizionatori inverter sia in camera che in cucina. Agli ospiti di questa camera è riservato uno spazio privato esterno, una piccola terrazza detta "Place Mignone" dove ci sono un tavolo e delle sedie per pranzare fuori. Da qui si accede alla piscina in comune.

On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

La villa è situata in zona collinare in posizione strategica ad un passo dalle cinque terre e da luoghi di interesse culturale e naturalistico nel meraviglioso Golfo dei Poeti.
