The house is in the heart of Hollywood Hills but in a quiet area. It's an easy bike ride downhill to the Center of Sunset Boulevard. Some of the best restaurants in the whole of LA are in the vicinity as well. comfortable gated parking for 3 cars and additional street parking-no permit needed. The house is one of two on a Cul-de-sac. House Located in the heart of sunset boulevard, close to many celebrity houses, you can hike down the hill to the center of sunset boulevard straight to the Andaz , Mondrian or the Standard Hotel.best restaurants are with close proximity but yet the house is completely secluded and privet. entire property is gated and there is no access from the street.

City view from the second floor. Salted swimming pool can be heated at 83F degree. (Need to let us know before arriving) About 2,200 sq house out of 6,000 sq land. Must take off the shoes inside the house. No gathering, shooting or pets allowed. No music or outdoor activities after 10pm by city law. Thank you.
